Licensing InformationLeasing Rights: With Leasing rights you gain the right to sell up to 4,000 copies of your album or project over the recorded material. Each beat may be used for up to 2 uses, but the total amount of units sold in total must be below 4,000. As a company we are already trying our best to bring you extremely fair prices on all of our services, so please respect our boundaries when you buy beats as we can tell when a project sells more units then the amount listed. All purchases, which includes leasing rights, come with the untagged instrumental, so don’t worry there won’t be a vocal over it like there is in our store.
Exclusive Rights
With the purchase of exclusive rights, you will be in control of the instrumental(s) completely. Buying beats exclusively means you become the sole owner of the beats, and you can do nearly unlimited things with it. The only thing we ask you not to do is to re-sell the instrumentals to another artist, and by this we specifically mean you are not allowed to transfer exclusive ownership for sale without first consulting our company. Also you do not have to pay back royalties in our direction at all with exclusive rights until you have reached 12,000 sold units. Once you’ve sold above this amount, we’d ask to receive 4% of the net royalties for the single.

Custom Instrumentals
If what you’re looking for is custom music production, which will allow you to actually tell us exactly what you want and we can usually deliver. Contact us to discuss terms for custom production, usually a half down payment is enough for us to take a leap of faith. However the first amount is considered a deposit to show you are serious and want to buy beats, after we’ve made the beat that you want and you’re satisfied with the production, we will sent an invoice for the remaining amount through PayPal. Please do remember that this is a service you are paying for, and the first payment is only a deposit. It is important that you know we will not give you full rights to the beat until it’s paid off, and if you decide not to pay the other half then you will not receive the instrumental’s rights.
